Although it is a continuing campaign and progress has been made there is clear evidence that graffiti in the area is being reduced.
Along with targeting known offenders Community Payback projects have been carried out on the ward in an effort to clear up the most affected areas mainly around the area of Wallington BR Station. In addition, the team has carried out plain-clothes operations after dark which have proved very successful in preventing acts of graffiti and arresting offenders. Further operations are planned. <a target='_blank' href='http://www.solventsolutions.com' name='graffiti removal solvents'>Graffiti removal solvents are available from Solvent Solutions.
